Our Promise

Mando AI is built on the principle of data sovereignty. Your business data belongs to you — and only you. We don't collect it, we don't store it, and we can't see it. This isn't a marketing claim — it's how the software is architecturally designed.

Our Website

  • Uses zero cookies — no analytics, no tracking, no advertising
  • Does not collect personal data unless you voluntarily submit a form
  • Does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking
  • Does not share any data with third parties
  • Serves static content only — no server-side processing of visitor data

Our Product (Mando AI Platform)

  • All data stored locally on your machine in encrypted SQLite databases
  • All AI inference runs locally via Ollama — no cloud AI APIs
  • Zero telemetry, usage data, or analytics sent to Mando AI or any third party
  • License validates offline using cryptographic signatures — no phone-home
  • Backups are AES-256-GCM encrypted and stored locally on your hardware
  • The Privacy Proxy strips PII from any outbound communication

Data We May Collect

  • Account information (name, email) when you sign up for a trial or purchase
  • Payment information processed by our payment provider (we don't store card details)
  • Support communications if you contact us for help
  • We do NOT have access to any data processed by your Mando AI deployment
