Terms of Service

Mando AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your purchased tier (Operator, Commander, Sovereign, or Conglomerate). The license is tied to a single deployment instance and is validated offline using a cryptographically signed license key.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining the hardware on which Mando AI runs. We do not have access to your deployment, your data, or your systems unless you explicitly grant access for support purposes. All data generated, processed, and stored by the Mando AI platform on your hardware is your property. We claim no rights to your business data, customer records, pricing strategies, or any other information processed by the system.

The AI agents in Mando AI make autonomous decisions within the parameters you configure through the graduated autonomy framework (Tier 1-4). You are responsible for setting appropriate thresholds and reviewing agent decisions. Mando AI provides the tools for autonomous operation but is not liable for business outcomes resulting from agent actions. The Compliance Agent provides regulatory monitoring tools — not legal advice.

Your license includes software updates for the duration of your subscription. Support levels vary by tier: community (Operator), email 48hr (Commander), priority 24hr (Sovereign), dedicated (Conglomerate). If your license expires, the system gracefully degrades to Operator tier functionality — no data loss, no shutdown, no lockout. You retain full access to your data at all times.

You may not redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Mando AI software. Each license key is valid for one deployment instance. The Conglomerate tier permits multi-instance deployment as specified in your agreement. Source code escrow is available for Conglomerate customers — you receive the source code if Mando AI ceases operations.
